Arrested by Henry VIII and put in Tower - to be executed but Henry diedthat same night. Spent 6 years in the Tower - released in reign of Maryand died a year later at Kennignhall.
Daughter of his steward.

Fought at Bosworth field on side of Richard III, lost to Henry VII,imprisoned in Tower for 3 years. Released from prison as Earl of Surreyto fight against scots and beat scots at Battle of Flodden field.Subsequently titles of Duke of Norfolk and Earl Marshall were restored tohim.
