VIVIAN L. ALLMENDINGER, 96, a longtime Colorado Springs resident, died May 8, 1999, in Colorado Springs. She was a nurse retired from the Army as a major after serving from 1930 to 1950.
Miss Allmendinger was born Aug. 10, 1902, in Climax Springs, Mo.
She is survived by a sister, Violet Esgar; and numerous nephews and nieces.
Visitation will be from 3 to 8 p.m. Monday at Swan Law Funeral Directors, 501 N. Cascade Ave., 471-9900. Services will be at 9 a.m. Tuesday at Swan Law Cas- cade Chapel. Burial will be at Evergreen Cemetery, 1005 S. Hancock Ave. Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of the giver's choice.

John Fry junior also worked as an agricultural labourer according to the census. He was 25 and married to Ann. They had a daughter Jane age 3. Thomas Fry 24 was married to Ann 23. They had a daughter Mary who was I year old. The family were living at Edingworth. Francis Fry was living with and working for the Salter family. John and Ann’s youngest daughter Jane was 22 and working as a domestic servant for the farmers John and Susanna Esgar.

Sharon L. Esgar Sharon L. Esgar, 62, passed away on Saturday, June 18, 2005 at Yuma Regional Medical Center. She was born in Pratt, Kansas on August 8, 1942. She attended Yuma schools and graduated from Yuma High School in 1960 and Casper College in Casper, Wyoming in 1962.She married R. William Payne on August 3, 1963 and lived in various places before moving back to Yuma. She married Roger H. Esgar on March 24, 1984 and has remained in Yuma since, except for her summers in Colorado. She is survived by her husband, Roger H. Esgar of the home, two sons, Mark W. (Kari) Payne of Denver, Colorado and Patrick L. (Rachel) Payne of Las Cruces, New Mexico; step-daughters, Mary Lynn Dunny and Linda (John) Carroll; sister, Willene (Chuck) Williams; brother, William A. (Marie) Evans. She is also survived by 4 step-grandchildren. Sharon was preceded in death by her parents, F. Willard Evans and Opal (Beal) Evans. Funeral services are Wednesday, June 22, 2005 at 10 a.m. at Trinity Methodist Church with Reverend Randa L. Ray officiating. Burial will follow at Desert Lawn Memorial Park. Memorial contributions may be made in Sharon’s name to Trinity United Methodist Church. Pallbearers will be John Carroll, Chet Dunny, Walter Spencer, Aubrey Warner, Gary Foy, and Thad McCloud.
